Unleash your potential with the Liberty Parks & Rec Basic Conditioning Clinic! This clinic is designed to be fun and engaging for your child and encourages sportsmanship and friendly competition. The program is a great opportunity for young athletes to get moving again and learn fundamental movement patterns that are applicable to virtually every sport or to supplement current in-season training programs. This program will be both indoor and outdoor depending on the weather and curriculum for the day.
Program Includes 4-50 minute general conditioning and agility training sessions
This program is presented by Joe Leggio. Coach Joe served in the US Army from 2016-2020. He is a Certified Personal Trainer; Certified Nutrition Coach and he has a passion for building self-confidence in young athletes. His goals for Speed and Agility Training are to enhance skills that will transfer to any sport as well as daily life, to build confidence in their abilities and to get young athletes to push outside their comfort zone and try new things.
