The City of Liberty is committed to open and transparent government. All public meetings and agendas are posted publicly at least 24 hours prior to the meeting at City Hall.
The City of Liberty Custodian of Records is the Deputy City Clerk. Sunshine Open Records Requests are submitted under the Missouri Sunshine Law, Chapter 610 of the Missouri Revised Statute. The Deputy City Clerk will respond no later than three business days after a request is submitted.
