    The HDRC is a 9-member citizen panel, appointed by the Mayor and approved by the City Council. The HDRC monitors the historic districts and reviews applications for certificates of appropriateness on all exterior alterations, new construction, and demolition.

  1. Popcorn in the Park: Trolls World Tour

    Bring your family and friends and head out to Stocksdale Park to enjoy a movie on the big screen under the stars. As a precaution to limit congregating and the potential spread of COVID-19, LPR will mark socially distanced circled in the grass for each group to sit in and there will be no concessions. Moviegoers are encouraged to make an evening of it and bring a picnic, lawn chairs and blankets.
