• Patriotic Music provided by the Liberty School District
• Presentation of the Colors
• Veterans Call to Attention
• Remarks from the Mayor, City Council Members and Community Leaders
• Presentation of Awards
• Laying of the Wreath
• A 21-Gun Salute
