Running Dec. 26-30, LPR will be offering a modified schedule for group x classes to help you finish 2019 strong! There will be no other group exercise classes held Dec. 24, 25, 31 and Jan. 1, 2020. The normal schedule resumes Jan. 2, 2020.

- Description: Build total body strength with this resistance based class. Modifications given for all fitness levels.
