Walk with Ease is a fitness program shown to relieve pain and improve health by helping participants build up and maintain a successful walking program. This evidence-based program is brought to you by the experts you trust at the Arthritis Foundation.
This 6 week program will meet for one hour 2 times a week for an educational discussion followed by a walk that can be done inside your home or outside in your neighborhood. Walks will increase in length each week. If you can be on your feed for 10 minutes without increased pain you can have success with Walk with Ease.

- 8:30-9:30 a.m.
- This is a Virtual Program that allows you to participate from the comfort of your home.
