Liberty Meals on Wheels

Graphic for the Liberty Meals on Wheels Program featuring three volunteers

Liberty Meals on Wheels delivers much more than just a meal to its recipients. At the core of our service is a nutritious meal, friendly visit and safety check for seniors living within the city limits of Liberty. Meals are delivered by our amazing group of permanent and substitute volunteer drivers who donate their lunch break to help recipients in need.

Recipient Testimonial

"JC has been a recipient of Meals on Wheels for over a year. Due to off and on hospitalizations and medical issues, she found it difficult to do basic tasks such as cooking. She discussed these problems to a friend who mentioned Meals on Wheels and contacted them on her behalf. JC now receives a well balanced meal several times a week and no longer has to worry about making as many meals for herself. She also takes comfort in knowing each Meals on Wheels visit serves as a way to check in on her health and well being."
