In the spring of 1906, long before there was a Mouseketeer Club, 4 year old Walt Disney adorned the walls of his Marceline home with black tar drawings. In fact, Walt sold his first illustration in Marceline. Today we will take a guided tour down Main Street USA, the inspiration for Disneyland, and tour the Walt Disney Hometown Museum. There will be a time for shopping a delicious lunch. Other highlights include a movie about Walt’s boyhood home life at the 1930s Uptown Theatre, the Dreaming Tree, and Walt’s Barn.
