Music from trash cans? Yes, it's true! Liberty composer, Shane Fuller, has written a new work for band entitled "Energy" that will be played at the opening concert of the Liberty Summer Band. Liberty resident, Phil Schaefer will be the trumpet soloist and David M. Fulk will be the host and narrator.
