The Liberty Arts Commission, in cooperation with the Kansas City Center of Northwest Missouri State University, invites local artists of all media to attend an Artist Mixer on Wednesday, April 29 from 6:30 p.m. to 8:00 p.m. at the Northwest Kansas City Center.
