We’re looking for volunteers to help with improvements to the Stocksdale/Walnut Woods singletrack trails! Come lend a hand and make a difference on our local trails.
When: Saturday, October 11 from 9 a.m. - 12 p.m.
Where: 901 S. La Frenz Rd., Liberty, MO 64068
To Participate:
Head to urbantrailco.com to complete the volunteer sign-up and waiver. You must complete these steps to participate.
What to Wear:
Long pants
Long sleeves
Gloves
What to Bring:
Bring sturdy rakes, hoes, loppers, or small hand saws (no chainsaws, please). We’ll also have tools available to share. Don’t forget water and bug spray!
What to Expect:
We’ll be clearing undergrowth, removing small stumps, and shaping the trail tread using a process called bench cutting.
