Small Group Personal Training
Looking for a cost-effective way to bring personalized focus to your workouts amidst your busy lifestyle? Our new small group personal training program is your chance to gain strength and endurance by being part of a small, focused group designed for busy professionals who want to make the most of their midday. In just 60 minutes, you’ll work closely with a certified personal trainer in a supportive group of 4-6 participants, focusing on building strength, improving fitness and achieving real results over five transformative weeks.

- Time: 11:30 a.m. - 12:30 p.m.
- Location: Liberty Community Center Gymnasium and/or Wellness Center
- Group Size: 4 - 6 participants
- Individual registration
