[ARCHIVED] Utility bills late to mailboxes

We were notified that utility bills that should have been mailed around 7/10, with payments due by 8/5, did not go out until July 20. Due to the mailing error, late penalties will not be applied for customers in this cycle only and for this month only.

To avoid potential issues in the future, we encourage you to register for e-billing through our online utility management and payment portal, where you can also set up leak alerts, pay your bills, better understand your water consumption, and more!
