The sculpture was part of the Liberty Arts Commission’s annual Rotating Sculpture Program and was on display at the corner of North Water and Franklin streets for the past two years. Now, Liberty residents and visitors alike will be able to enjoy it any time at its permanent location in Bennett Park (located at the corner of Clayview Drive and Spruce Park Road in Liberty).
Tangerine Daydream is a towering structure made of stainless steel and stained glass and was created by Jaci Willis of Peoria, Illinois.
