[ARCHIVED] Youth Speed & Agility Training


Unleash your potential with the Liberty Parks & Rec Indoor Training Clinic! This clinic is designed to be fun and engaging for your child and encourages sportsmanship and friendly competition while also adhering to current social distancing protocols. The program is ideal for young athletes looking to get moving and learn fundamental movement patterns that are applicable to every sport or to supplement current in-season training programs.

SESSION 1 (AM option)

June 8 - July 13, 2021

  • Tuesdays (six training sessions)
    • 10-10:50 a.m. (Ages 6-8)
    • 9-9:50 a.m. (Ages 9-13)
  • Registration Deadline is June 3

SESSION 1 (PM option)

June 10 - July 15, 2021

  • Thursdays (six training sessions)
    • 5:30 - 6:20 p.m. (Ages 6-8)
    • 6:30 -7:20 p.m. (Ages 9-13)
  • Registration Deadline is June 7

Program Coach: This program is presented by Eric Nehlsen. Eric is a former collegiate athlete with a degree in Exercise Science and is a Certified Strength and Conditioning Specialist. Eric has coached athletes at all levels of competition, most recently as a Track and Field Coach at William Jewell College and Strength and Conditioning Intern at Yale University where he worked directly with their Football and Lacrosse programs.
