Come meet Denice Belcher, the artist whose work is currently on display at the Liberty Branch - Mid-Continent Public Library.
Concentrating on Western art, as well as portraiture of both people and animals, artist Belcher works in oil, acrylic, watercolor, and graphite. A self-taught artist, Belcher will talk about her art and technique. This program is co-sponsored by the Liberty Arts Commission and Liberty Branch of the Mid-Continent Public Library.
