Sanitary sewer main and water main replacements on Franklin Street have been completed. Installation of storm sewer has started and will continue for a couple of weeks followed by full removals and grading for the street, concrete curbs, and concrete sidewalks. Weather permitting, progress is on schedule for substantial completion by late November and final completion by late December.
