Contractor VF Anderson Builders starts sanitary sewer work on Franklin Street on Wednesday, July 9th. Work will continue for the next several weeks, weather permitting. Franklin Street will be closed to thru traffic, but emergency and limited local access will remain. Residents are reminded not to park in the street during construction work.
