It’s time for some holiday cheer with music, good food and good friends at the Liberty Silver Center’s annual Christmas Party on December 20 starting at 10:30 a.m.
The Liberty Silver Center is excited to have singer Sammie Mihlhauser as the musical entertainment for this event. Party-goers will enjoy Christmas music, a hot chocolate bar, holiday games, and a holiday meal of sliced ham, sweet potatoes, green beans, dinner roll and apple pie.
Party goers are encouraged to wear their favorite holiday outfit and bring homemade or store bought cookies to share. Call 816.439.4368 to make your reservation by December 18. A $2 donation is suggested.
The Liberty Silver Center is a place where adults 60 and older and physically challenged individuals ages 18-59 come Monday through Friday to socialize, participate in activities, and enjoy a hot nutritious meal. The Silver Center is open Monday through Friday from 9 a.m. to 2 p.m. It is closed on weekends and major holidays. The center is located inside the Liberty Community Center at 1600 South Withers Rd.
