The Liberty Parks and Recreation Charitable Fund (LPRCF) is accepting applications for the youth scholarship program for children wanting to play baseball/softball through the City of Liberty Parks and Recreation program.
LPRCF provides families within the Liberty Public School District the opportunity to apply for scholarship assistance for youth programs offered through Liberty Parks and Recreation Department.
