Focused efforts of Liberty patrol officers and detectives resulted in the arrest of 34-year-old Liberty resident Ronald N. Bartley.
Between January 2nd and January 13th eight homes were burglarized within a four block Liberty neighborhood bounded by Mill, Leonard, Choctaw and Jewell streets. The residential burglaries occurred during the night time hours while several of the victims were asleep inside their homes.
