Missouri roads are now safer, thanks to law enforcement cracking down on impaired drivers and working to make sure motorists think twice about traffic safety.
The Liberty Police Department participated in the statewide “You Drink and Drive, You Lose” enforcement campaign conducted August 20 –September 6. During the enforcement effort, officers issued a total of 120 traffic tickets including: four for driving under the influence, 69 for speeding and five other moving violations.
