A few things to note: 

• Parking around City Hall will be limited, so we recommend making the most of our online services when you can. Visit www.libertymissouri.gov/OnlineServices to available online services. 
• The drop box for utility payments has been moved to the northeast corner of the Kansas and Missouri intersection.
• All visitors to City Hall must use the Kansas Street entrance.
