Stay active and build strength with Enhance®Fitness, a lively and effective program designed for older adults. This one-hour class, led by a certified instructor, incorporates strength training, flexibility, balance, and cardio at a pace that works for you. Meeting three times a week for 16-weeks, this program helps improve cardiovascular health, increase flexibility, and boost overall well-being—all in a fun, supportive group setting!
