Call for volunteers to join the Liberty Snow Squad! The Community Services Division coordinates this group of volunteers to shovel snow for our Meals on Wheels recipients. Having their walks and drive shoveled not only helps the seniors be more safe at home, but also helps our Meals on Wheels team get to the door to deliver warm, nutritious meals Monday - Friday.
Here's how it works:
- You'll be matched with a home in need
- After a snowfall of 2+ inches, you will help clear walkways and driveways within the next 48 hours
