If you need assistance setting up your new account, you can:
- Call 816.439.4463. Staff may be busy helping other customers, so please leave a message with your name and phone number if your call is not answered.
- Come by City Hall, 101 E. Kansas Street, between 8 a.m. - 4:30 p.m. If you have your latest bill or the notice with your new account number and pin, please bring that with you.
Penalty fees will be waived for this billing cycle.
