The Leonard Lightburne Multimodal Study is a forward-looking planning initiative focused on improving safety, mobility and access along the Leonard Street/Lightburne Street corridor in Liberty. The study area extends from MO Rte 291 to the south end to the US 69 / I-35 interchange to the north, a key local connector supporting neighborhood, civic, and regional traffic, as well as access to William Jewell College and downtown Liberty.
