Stocksdale Park and the Stocksdale Dog Park have upcoming closures for the Kansas City Wide Open Disc Golf Pro Tour Tournament and Dog Park maintenance.
The Stocksdale Dog Park will be closed April 14 - 20 for spring maintenance including reseeding and power washing the benches and shelter. It will reopen on April 21 at 7:45 a.m.
ALL of Stocksdale Park will be closed from April 18 - 20 for the Disc Golf Tournament. Liberty Parks & Rec and KC Disc Golf have put a lot of work into the Bad Rock Creek Disc Golf Course over the last several years and earned a Gold stop on the Disc Golf Pro Tour this year, the first time a Pro Tour event has been held in Missouri!
