The City of Liberty offers a utility credit program to help our community's most vulnerable residents.
A 15 percent water / wastewater utility bill credit program is available to qualifying low-income senior citizens and certain disabled persons. Eligibility for the program is based on a State of Missouri property tax rebate program -- http://dor.mo.gov/personal/ptc. Recipients need to reapply every year by April 30.
