with our new Youth Fitness & Conditioning class. Mondays & Wednesdays | 3:30 - 4:20 p.m. | Ages 10-15.
Instructor Cole Bedell will teach participants proper form, proper breath support and proper utilization of all equipment. The program will help participants increase muscular endurance and agility and while they develop a teamwork mindset for basic and social skills.
This class is free to Community Center members.
Not a member, no worries! You can purchase a swipe card or day pass to enjoy these classes and all other Community Center amenities.
