With a little help from Hy-Vee dietitian Lindsey and Tamera on April 13 you can stock your freezers with ready-to-cook meals that will make dinner time a breeze! Tamera and Lindsey, will do all the shopping and pre-prep of ingredients! Tables will be assembled with recipe and ingredients.
Class participants will prepare eight freezer ready meals that will serve 1-2 People. That’s a total of 16 meals for around $4 bucks a meal!

Re-heating instructions along with original recipes will be provided.
