This week, contractors are milling streets in the Holt Estates neighborhood to prepare the road for asphalt overlay. Residents should park vehicles in their driveways so crews can mill the street from curb to curb.
Once crews have completed milling in the neighborhood, they will return to overlay asphalt. At no time will the street be completely closed. Local traffic will still have access to homes.
This work is a part of the 2014 street maintenance program, which includes paving approximately five miles of roadway and an additional six miles of roadway pavement marking.
