The City of Liberty, together with Historic Liberty, Inc., will again host a series of free architecture tours that will highlight Liberty's historic features.
The first tour of the season, on May 4, will be of the Jewell-Lightburne National Register historic district and led by historian Christopher Harris. Meet at the parking lot at the corner of Franklin & Lightburne streets.
All tours are free and open to the public. Tours are on foot; so, participants are reminded to wear comfortable walking shoes. All tours will begin at 10 a.m. and generally last an hour.
