Each month, April through October, the City will test outdoor sirens at 11 a.m. on the first Wednesday of the month. The City will not sound the sirens on these days if the weather conditions do not allow.

Liberty Parks & Rec has partnered with Serenity on the Square to offer another season of Moonlight Yoga at Stocksdale Park. Moonlight Yoga is a monthly benefit for the off-leash dog park instructed and coordinated by Patti Stark, owner of Serenity on the Square.

The Cemetery Committee welcomes volunteers to join the efforts in cleaning up and improving Liberty's Cemeteries. Work days are held once per month. Event will be cancelled if it's raining.
Liberty Parks & Rec has partnered with Chiefs Flag Football to bring you multiple divisions of recreational and competitive fall leagues for boys and girls ages 5-14. Flag football allows your kids to learn about the game and body mechanics much quicker and at a younger age. It is a great way to keep them interested in football and play safe at the same time.
Liberty Parks & Rec Youth Volleyball program is open to boys and girls and is offered during the spring and fall for kids in 3rd-8th Grade. This program is designed to develop an understanding of rules, fundamentals, teamwork and sportsmanship.
