Kidcreate Studio Art Classes

Kidcreate art classes are a great way to introduce your child to the wonderful world of art with a positive, self-esteem building environment for children to explore paint, clay, and so much more! Check out the upcoming Fall classes below. Register for any of the Kidcreate programs online here » 

Clay Factory- Fall Mosaic

Clay offers a great sensory experience! This workshop will give your young artist a chance to poke, pound, roll and shape clay into their very own art creation. 

  • Sept. 5
  • 5:30 - 6:30 p.m.
  • Ages 5-12
  • $45 LCC Member ; $50 Non-Member

Awesome Art

If you think art is awesome, this is the class for you! We’ll explore all the coolest art materials as we learn drawing techniques, create with clay, and paint on real canvas boards. We’ll even create a beach scene out of real candy! Art really is awesome!

Parent & Child-Halloween Candy Scene

Halloween Candy Scene What’s the best part about Halloween? The candy, of course! You and your child will work together to create a spooky graveyard scene out of tons of “sweet” art supplies, including some Halloween candy favorites like candy corn! Kids- and grown-ups!- are welcome to wear their costumes to class.

Ghostly Goo

Slippery, slimy, spooky… BOO! It’s Halloween, so we’re making ghostly goo! Create your very own Halloween slime, then dress up a spooky jar to keep it in. Monsters, bats, ghosts, pumpkins, and more- what creepy creature will you make? The artists are invited to wear their costumes to class for extra Halloween fun.
