THE PLANNING & ZONING COMMISSION MEETING SCHEDULED on TUESDAY, JANUARY 10, 2023 HAS BEEN CANCELLED DUE TO LACK OF AGENDA ITEMS

The following cases will be heard at the February 14 meeting at 3pm via Zoom:

• P&Z Case 22-59 &PDP: Rezoning & Preliminary Development Plan Rezoning to PD “Planned Development" for Liberty Parkway Apartments. A 328-unit apartment complex and 16, 000 sq. ft. of commercial space on 17 acres at South Liberty Parkway and Flintlock Rd.
• P&Z Case 22-60PP: Preliminary Plat application for Liberty Parkway Apartments at South Liberty Parkway and Flintlock

Planning Commissioners and applicants will be sent individual links to this meeting. If you are a member of the public and are interested in speaking at the February 14, 2023 virtual meeting, please send a written request to Planning@libertymo.gov no later than 10 a.m. the day of the meeting.
