Second Tenant Announced - July 19, 2021
Scarbrough Warehousing launched operations out of its new Liberty, MO facility, located in Liberty Logistics Park, on July 19. According to company reports, this effectively triples the company's regional warehouse capacity and equips the company for the growing demands of e-commerce and other logistics challenges.
First Tenant Announced - Nov. 16, 2020
In November 2020, Kenco Logistics Services, LLC, announced a new 295,600-sq.-ft. warehouse and distribution operation at Liberty Logistics Park.
