Wellness Beyond Weight is not the one size fits all New Year’s programs that we have all seen before. This program is designed to provide you with a unique experience that addresses all aspects of your health based on your current fitness level and your individual health and wellness goals. With Wellness Beyond Weight, you will have access to certified personal trainers, wellness coaches, nutritionists, small group exercise training opportunities, assessments to track you progress, supplemental workouts, nutrition workshops, and much more!

  • Pre , Mid-point and Post Skills Challenge to track progression throughout the program
    • 7 exercises performed for 1 minute each with a goal of reaching your maximum repetitions per exercise to mark your progress.
  • Weekly Trainer led workouts with a Certified Personal Trainer in a small group
    • Groups determined by fitness level at pre- assessment and schedule availability
  • One (1) 45-minute Personal Training Session to assist in excelling your physical fitness
    • Scheduled at your convenience and valid until June 30
  • One (1) 45-minute Consult with our Certified Wellness Coach to keep you motivated toward achieving personal wellness goals
    • Scheduled at your convenience and valid until June 30
  • Two (2) Nutrition 101 presentations to help   
    • Intro to Nutrition 101 Meal Prep
    • From Short- Term Diet to Long -Term Health
  • Two (2) Day Passes to the LCC


This is a member only program. To join you must be a member of the LCC. LCC memberships are available for individuals or a family and start at only $28 a month per adult.
