The Liberty Triangle is a mixed use project located along Interstate 35. The 88-acre parcel of land is bounded by Interstate 35 to the northwest, M-291 Highway to the northeast, and M-152 Highway to the south.
In December of 2002, the Liberty City Council established the Liberty Triangle Tax Increment Financing District to promote business development. Liberty Triangle includes 390,000 square feet of retail development with 24,000 square feet still available for development.
Recently a new 10,000 square foot medical office building was approved for the location adjacent to the HyVee Gas Station along 291 Highway. MOD Pizza is the latest addition to the tenant list.
