Group Exercise Classes

Liberty Parks and Recreation offers a variety of fitness classes including, but not limited to:
  • Mind-Body, 
  • Cardio, 
  • Interval and strength training, 
  • Zumba, 
  • Indoor Cycling
  • Aquatic Fitness classes. 
These classes are taught by nationally certified fitness instructors, are available daily, and do not require advance registration. Our program is designed to promote health and fitness for all ability levels to enjoy.
