Do your muscles hurt? Are you stretching and your muscles still feel tight? Or maybe you feel your muscles are too tight to even stretch so you don’t. Foam rolling is a great way to loosen up tight muscles, increase range of motion, as well as improve circulation.
Have you been wanting to explore the benefits of a regular meditation practice but weren’t sure how to begin? This 2 hour workshop will be split into two weekly one hour sessions where we will take that transformational first step - or should we say “sit”! We will talk about methods of meditation, props you can use, and health benefits.

As promised in the use tax education materials, the Liberty City Council will bond $6 million to address critical improvements to the City of Liberty, including improvements at 10 of Liberty's neighborhood parks.
Liberty Parks and Rec will conduct neighborhood meetings at each of the parks that are scheduled to receive updates from use tax funds. At the meetings, community members will have an opportunity to see a list of existing amenities in the park and give feedback on improvement options that are being considered.
