During the Fall Clean-up Week, City of Liberty residents can get rid of excess trash, furniture, minor maintenance materials and carpet. Just place the items at the curb or roadway on your regular trash day.
Please keep in mind that, with the exception of large pieces of furniture, each item must not exceed 45 pounds or be longer than 4 feet. To assist the trash collectors, please be sure that all items are securely tied, bagged or bundled.
The following items are not eligible for collection:
-- Sleeper sofas
-- Hazardous waste (including paint, insecticides, chemicals or batteries)
Refuse from remodeling, roofing or major repairs
Concrete, rock and rubble

The City’s tree limb disposal area, located on new 210 Highway approximately ½ mile east of Highway 291, will be open during Fall Clean-up Week for citizens with proof of Liberty residency. The area will be open from 7:30 a.m. - 3 p.m. October 23-27 and from 8 a.m. - 2 p.m. October 28.
Only tree limbs may be brought to the area. No commercial vehicles will be allowed to access the site.

Last day to register for the November clinic for bitty basketball. This program is available to boys and girls ages 2.5-5 on Friday or Saturday. Children will learn the fundamentals of dribbling, passing, shooting and running the court in a fun, safe and positive environment with other children of the same age.
