City Council, Boards & Commissions Meetings

  1. City Council Study Session

    January 16, 2018, All Day

    Generally, Study Sessions are held on the first and third Monday* of each month at 7 pm in the City Council Chambers at City Hall. Study Sessions are an opportunity for the City Council to study a particular topic in-depth. No formal action may be taken at a Study Session, but general direction is provided. (*Scheduled on Tuesday due to Monday holiday.

    The cemetery committee meets the fourth Thursday of each month. Established in 2009, the Cemetery Advisory Committee is charged with oversight of the preservation, beautification and enhancement of the Fairview/New Hope and Mt. Memorial cemeteries.

    Do you need a little (or a lot) of help with your handheld electronics? The Techy Teens at Liberty North High School will work 1 on 1 with Savvy Seniors, teaching you new skills related to your electronic devices. Bring your mobile phone, tablet or laptop computers and come loaded with questions! The session is free (unless you need a ride), but pre-registration is required! If you have registered and paid for a ride to and from LNHS, please be at the Liberty Community Center by 12:25 on Jan. 17.
