New Group Exercise Schedule

Start the new year off right with our classic classes and NEW opportunities beginning Jan. 2. With a variety of land and aquatic classes to choose from, let us help you reach your personal fitness goals for 2018!

 

NEW Classes Include:

  • Step & Strength
    • Mondays, 8:30 - 9:20 a.m.
  • Kickboxing Express
    • Tuesdays, 11 - 11:50 a.m
  • Zumba + Toning
    • Tuesdays, 4:30 - 5:20 p.m.
  • Core and Restore
    • Tuesdays, 6:30 - 7:20 p.m.
  • Strengthen & Lengthen
    • Wednesdays, 8:30 - 9:20 a.m.
  • Core & More Express
    • Thursdays, 11 - 11:50 a.m.
  • Aqua Energy
    • Tuesday/ Thursday, 5:30 a.m.
  • Morning Aqua Energy 
    • Tuesday/Thursday, 5:30 a.m. - 6:20 a.m.

NEW times:

  • Cycle
    • Mondays, 5:30 a.m. 
  • Foundational Yoga
    • Wednesdays, 4:30 p.m - 5:20 p.m
  • Zumba
    • Thursdays 6:30 p.m.

All group exercise classes are complimentary with your membership or purchase of a day pass and do not require registration.  Specialty fitness classes are also available but a fee will be applied. These classes are taught by nationally certified fitness instructors and we offer a variety of times to choose from. Our program is designed to promote health and wellness for all ability levels to enjoy.
