Mind-body exercise is an excellent way to observe gains in your fitness level as well as your mental health. If you're seeking to increase flexibility or balance, decrease stress, deepen kinesthetic awareness or find a sense of calm in your busy life we've got just what you need! Improve your mind-muscle connection with the Liberty Community Center's weekly mind body class offerings.

  • Yoga for Athletes (NEW)
    • Mondays  |  6:30 p.m. - 7:20 p.m.
  • Power Yoga
    • Mondays  |  5:30 a.m. - 6:20 a.m.
  • Pilates Plus
    • Mondays, Wednesday, Fridays  |  8:30 a.m. - 9:20 a.m.
  • Hatha Yoga
    • Mondays  |  12:00 p.m. - 12:50 p.m.
    • Tuesdays, Thursdays |  9:00 a.m. - 9:50 a.m.
  • Barre Complete
    • Mondays, Wednesdays  |  4:30 p.m. - 5:20 p.m.
  • Pilates
    • Tuesdays, Thursdays  |  6:30 p.m. - 7:20 p.m.
  • Sunrise Yoga
    • Wednesdays  |  6:30 a.m. - 7:20 a.m.
  • Foundational Yoga (NEW)
    • Wednesdays  |  6:30 p.m. - 7:20 p.m.

Classes are FREE with to LCC Members and day passes are available if you would like to try a class. Day Pass Rates»
