Battle that Buldge with the Annual Turkey Buster!

The workout will be 4 styles of exercise each lasting 30 minutes. Start with a warm-up and some light cardio. Then you will  build into some weights and resistance training work. Next kick it up into a high energy, total body workout with functional training and cardio burst and finish off with some of your favorite stretches and yoga.

  • When: Friday, Nov. 24, 2017
  • Time: 9-11 a.m.
  • Ages: ages 13 +
  • Admission: Please provide 1 non-perishable food item*
  • No Registration Required
  • Please Note:
    •  All other regularly scheduled group exercise classes will be cancelled on Nov. 24 
    • Class will be capped at the first 45 participants

*Turkey Buster benefits the Liberty Community Christmas Tree Program, which is designed to lend a hand to the disadvantaged families and older adults who are facing a difficult holiday season
