With a variety of land and aquatic classes to choose from, let us help you stay motivated and reach your personal fitness goals! 

"Spring Into Fitness" with our NEW group class offerings: 

  • Zumba®  |  Mondays  |  6:30 p.m.
  • Pound®  |  Tuesdays  |  4:30 p.m.
  • Pilates  |  Tuesdays  |  6:30 p.m.
  • Yoga Fundamentals  |  Wednesdays  |  6:30 p.m.

Liberty Parks & Rec offers a variety of land and aquatic group exercise classes including, but not limited to:

  • Mind and Body 
  • Strength and Conditioning
  • Youth and Family
  • Silver Sneakers
  • Cycling
  • Yoga
  • Barre
  • Splash Dance
  • Water Aerobics and more!

All group exercise classes are complimentary with your membership or purchase of a day pass and do not require registration.  Specialty fitness classes are also available but a fee will be applied. These classes are taught by nationally certified fitness instructors and we offer a variety of times to choose from. Our program is designed to promote health and wellness for all ability levels to enjoy.
