This swim conditioning program is designed for triathlon participants who wish to focus on strength training drills, endurance building, stroke refinement, and streamlining. Complete workouts will be provided to participants to increase their ability to perform stronger during their upcoming season with these intense cardiovascular conditioning workouts. Registration is available up to the first day of class. Early registration is highly recommended as space is limited to 20 participants.
