Bitty Basketball

Liberty Parks & Rec's Bitty Basketball program is a unique program offering boys and girls ages 2.5 - 5 their first glimpse at the game of basketball. Children will learn the fundamentals of dribbling, passing, shooting and running the court in a  fun, safe and positive environment with other children of the same age.  

Program Information:

  • Program Format: 4 week mini clinics. The final week will consist of a game night where teams scrimmage against each other. 
  • Dates:
    • Friday Session: Nov. 3-Dec. 1, 2017 | Jan. 5-Jan. 26, 2018 | Feb. 2-Feb. 23, 2018
    • Saturday Session: Nov. 4-Dec. 2, 2017 | Jan. 6-Jan. 27, 2018 | Feb.3-Feb. 24, 2018 
  • Times: Friday sessions are 6:15-7:15 p.m. Saturday sessions are 9:15-10:15 a.m. and 10:30-11:30 p.m.
  • Equipment Provided: We provide participant t-shirts and medals. Basketballs will be provided each night.
  • Location: Games are played at Alexander Doniphan Elementary School Map»
  • Registration: deadlines are one week prior to the session start date (or until full)
